We’re Elite Property, a modern estate agency with traditional values, and we’re expanding our marketing team through a structured apprenticeship opportunity.
This isn’t your average junior role, we’re looking for a creative, confident, and digitally-minded individual who can help us showcase our properties and brand in a compelling, professional way.
You’ll work closely with our directors and gain hands-on experience with property filming, content planning, video editing, and social media – while completing your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship.
This is a role for a true content creator, someone who enjoys filming, editing, writing and making people stop scrolling.
Your responsibilities will include:
Video & Content Creation
Plan, film, and edit property walkthroughs and promotional videos
Use Matterport and drone technology to produce immersive virtual content (training provided)
Create short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and Facebook
Capture and edit behind-the-scenes content for brand storytelling
You’ll complete the Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship over 15 months, with 20% of your time focused on structured study.
Your training will include:
Digital content creation & storytelling
Campaign management & branding
SEO, PPC, and email marketing
CRM systems and audience segmentation
Marketing data and analytics
Legal, regulatory, and ethical requirements
You’ll have dedicated time to study each week, with full support from a mentor and training provider.
